Yes. The current 1.2.1 build is a Windows 64-bit portable ZIP or installer, tested on Windows 10 and 11. Java 17 or 21+ is required to run the Minecraft server itself.
Stop the server, make a backup, and delete any older copy of the same plugin. Drop the new JAR into the server's plugins folder, then start the server. If it does not appear, check the console for a version error.
